Michael you have to say three nice things about my wonderful amazing husband.
1. Tim has a good wife!!!
2. Tim is wonderful!!

No really, more seriously.
1. Tim is very humble (which makes him a good leader).
2. Tim is very engaging (which makes him a good leader and a good teacher).
3. Tim is very relational (which makes him a good leader and a good teacher, and a good husband [but I can't speak first hand. Lisa?]).

I'm still waiting for the elucidation of Tim's activity in this picture. No one has offered a counter explanation for my George of the Jungle guess. :-)
